This is a partly coded generic skin intended to be applied to AI wingmen when making up the flight numbers.

It carries the code of the 62nd Fighter Squadron which was "LM". The sim will then apply the individual code letter/serial number from its default settings to the rear fuselage and tail.

This P-47D-25 was flown by Capt Fred Christensen of the 62nd Fighter Squadron, 56th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force.

Skin QJ-D, 339th Bombing Squadron, 96th Bombing Group of the 8th Air Force, USAAF in her Original skin and overpainted with Swiss markings after force landing in Switzerland.
